*The privacy with deadbolt function allows for the outside lever to retract the latchbolt when power is applied, but privacy is guaranteed when the deadbolt is engaged—a security solution that is unique for the industry.

Motorized Lever Control

  • ML190 - Motorized Lever Control - Retrofits Schlage L9000 series
  • ML90-M - Motorized lever control ML190 (L9000) retrofit series mortise lock

Command Access’ motorized lever control products’ continuous duty motor allows for energy savings on “continuously on” applications such as Fail Safe or an unlock cycle. With a design that minimizes power consumption, these motorized lever controls are perfect for POE systems. The true cycle feature ensures that the motor always returns to its original position, even if there's a power drop.

Changing between Electrically Unlocked (EU) and Electrically Locked (EL) modes is simplified with a push-button mechanism. This feature eliminates the need for cutting wires. They also feature the ability to switch from EU to EL or vice versa without any power present. This is Ideal for new installations where the system is not online yet.

Motorized Latch Retraction & Solenoid Electrified Latch Retraction

  • LPM190 - Command Access Motorized Latch Retraction Mortise Lock

The LPM190 features a CAT-designed custom motor assembly that maximizes pulling force while reducing surge. This design supports long wire runs and allows multiple locks to operate from a single power supply. The LPM190 features independent lever control and latch retraction offering specialty functions unique to the industry for the first time.

This lock uses standard ‘type 86’ door prep and can retrofit to Schlage L9000 compatible trim. It’s ideal for various applications including push-pull conditions, handicap access, single-occupancy restrooms, and automatic operators without panic devices. Built-in Request-to-Exit (REX) and Lock Bypass Monitoring (LBM) switches are also available.
